It is unusually challenging to receive products from our close neighbors in Canada and is especially difficult if it's tobacco, a firearm or alcohol. So we will celebrate this nearly heroic endeavor with an early afternoon cocktail hour centered around a spectacular Gin from the Bay of Fundy, home of the world's highest tides, and made of local botanicals and the magic of dulse. Fundy Gin is painstakingly distilled at the first legal stills in Nova Scotia. Join us for maritime martinis and more to perfectly match the fun coming from Hugue's kitchen.
