about the winemakers
Famille Migneron is a family business producing fine artisanal cheeses, wines and agricultural spirits. In our fields, we apply an organic farming philosophy. In our winery, they make wine as naturally as possible. Their products are certified organic by Ecocert Canada; the grapes are hand-picked and fermented using indigenous yeasts. The Nordic nature of their plantation encourages them to practice intelligent, patient viticulture, and, above all, attentive to the elements.
